Dog Pet Portraits

Welcome to my dog portraits gallery. Dogs are man's best friend and it is not surprising that most of my pet portrait commissions are for dog portraits. Being the owner of two dogs myself I understand the special bond between humans and their canine friends.. Loyal, loving and our constant companions, it is no wonder dog portraits are so popular, and I love to be able to paint them. I guarantee a likeness of our your dog, and I will capture their character in their portrait for you. I have 15 years experience painting dog portraits so I am confident you will be delighted with your portrait. Below you can find my gallery of many of my past dog portraits. From the chihuahua to rottweilers, dogs at play and dogs at work. There are many breeds that I haven't painted yet, but don't let that deter you from commissioning your dog portrait. I have painted wire haired to curly haired dogs, black to white and even roan dogs. I love painting all breeds and would love the opportunity to paint your best friend. Most of the dog portraits you see here are painted in pastels, my preferred medium for all my pet portraits.
